The Headlines:   


The role of Org Development Partner is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is part of the Organizational Effectiveness Team within Human Resources.  The role partners with leadership team members to lead  large scale strategic projects that require shifts in ( organization design, culture, process, ways of working, etc.). The Org Development Partner is a strategic thought partner to leaders, HRBPs, and employees at all levels and translates vision and theory into practical strategies and actionable plans to drive sustainable change across the organization. 


The Responsibilities: 

  • Provides OD expertise to and works collaboratively with enterprise and functional leaders on strategic projects to develop and deliver agreed solutions for specific business problems or opportunities, at speed
  • Leverage OD tools and processes to create a strategy and plan that drives sustainable change and efficiencies required to make the project and business successful
  • Partners with HRBPs to deliver strategic projects that have significant enterprise impact
  • Serves as a visible change agent and transformational leader who embodies the culture, our values, and the company’s strategic priorities
  • Support the execution of a rigorous performance management process to drive the desired business performance and culture


The Other Qualifications: 


  • You have a graduate degree in OD, HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, business or related curriculum OR equivalent experience (5+ years) in the field of HR organization design and development. 
  • You have 5-10 years experience in HR and operating model, organizational design, and change management principles and practices in a matrix environment leading multiple strategic projects simultaneously and driving performance management
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You have a demonstrated understanding of the beverage industry and the competitive environment
  • You excel in both written and verbal communication and problem-solving and can translate HR practices into simple process and business solutions
  • You are able to assess a situation and provide objective, non-biased point of view
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome by embodying a client service mindset and operating as a value-added solutions-focused strategic partner
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

  • Ability to travel up to 25% depending on the needs of projects (typical travel is approximately 10-15%)
