The Headlines:

 

In the role of Manager, Hygiene and Sanatation working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Research & Development and Innovation team.  You will set hygiene and sanitation strategies and long range plan (LRP) that are aligned with Molson Coors global strategy and are designed to deliver hygiene performance excellence and continuous improvement consistent with our zero loss WCSC 2.0 journey. 

 

In addition, you will Implements hygiene and sanitation plans in ways which are relevant and fit for purpose across a diverse range of production and distribution environments.

 

This position reports to the Director, Technical Quality Compliance and Systems and works closely with the brewing staff and brewery management.   

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership that engenders an environment of collaboration across a broad range of stakeholders including MCUS supply chain, brewing, packaging, distribution and other partners across the MillerCoors network.
  • Executes brilliantly: sets SMART targets, Tracks progress and course corrects when necessary, effectively communicates hygiene and sanitation performance / KPI’s to build organizational awareness and engagement, and drive continuous improvement toward our growth and ‘First Choice’ ambitions
  • Leads MCUS Hygiene and Sanitation strategic objectives and policies to achieve hygiene and sanitation performance excellence.
  • Accountable for enabling compliance to MillerCoors Programs: Brewery and Supplier GMP, HACCP/SQF, Supplier Qualification, Environmental Water Control, Fact Based Micro Compliance, Cleaning and Sanitizing, Pest Control, Chemical Management, Pasteurizer Performance, and Brewery Draft/Aseptic Filling.
  • Develop, execute and maintain GMP, HACCP, sanitation, aseptic and pest control, compliance and inspection programs for all MCUS breweries to assure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
  • Develop, maintain and update all Cleaning Standards and related cleaning documents as required

     

The  Qualifications:

  • You have practical experience in a Brewing or Quality supervisory position at a brewery that have  modern brewing technology
  • You have Minimum of 10 years related field experience
  • You bring more than 5 years in Leadership experience
  • You have a Bachelor of Science, Microbiology or Food Science or Engineering
  • You will rise above the pack if you have an HACCP
  • Local, state and federal GMP requirements
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy 
  • You have a thorough understanding of the technical interrelationships of product, process and raw materials to effectively make product quality, specification and compliance decisions
  • You exhibit knowledge of brewing science technology and commercial processes
