The Headlines:   

In the role of Mgr, Supply Chain Digital Enablement working in Milwaukee, you will take on the primary role as project lead during the implementation of CSE Digital Investments. Once implemented, the Mgr, Supply Chain Digital Enablement, leads change influencer such that CSE can deliver on their digital investments and realize the ongoing benefits. Such projects will include (but not limited to) DtFC, TMS, ONA, and Beverage Control Tower (4 Kites, Collaborative Forecasting, intelliTrans, etc).

 

This position reports to Dir, NA Integrated Business Planning. 

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations 
  • Contribute to the SC Digital strategy and long-range plan in partnership with IT
  • Seek and identify CSE system gaps and explore benchmarking of digital applications in concert with IT
  • Lead the team to ensure data integrity & data governance for the Supply Chain
  • Collaborate, liaise and leverage the team and system business partners (ie. GBS) to deliver non-capital improvements and enhancements
  • Key support to the requirements and readiness for move from SAP APO to SAP IBP

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have at least 10-12+ years experience in Supply Chain and/or Sales, preferably in a CPG industry
    • Track record of identifying, creating, and implementing innovative business partnerships
    •   Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or Business.
    • Experience leading supply chain system / reporting / data analytics teams driving the process towards best-in-class management and industry benchmarking.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
