The Headlines:   

In the role of IT Technology Solution Specialist working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of Global IT Team. This rotational position will allow you to contribute to the achievement of a range of goals and work with multiple IT groups throughout your tenure. The assignments will vary, but one will rotation is expected to be at a brewery.  The length of each assignment may also vary with no less than eight (8) months per rotation.

Upon completion of all the rotational assignments, you will be placed in a permanent role based on needs, desire, and fit.

 

This position reports to the IT Leader of Emerging Technologies and works closely with the IT Brewery team, and one of the following IT groups may be supported during each assignment:

Business Partner Team - analyzes business process and associated IT technical software and hardware solutions for areas to improve business value, speed of delivery, and improve quality of the products/services delivered. 

Build Team - following company methodologies and Molson Coors defined practices, support the configuration, test, and deployment of IT solutions (hardware and/or software) as a contributing team member.

Run Team - utilizing ITIL best practices and collaborating with other IT team members (employees and vendors) to ensure our IT-Operations, Application Support, and End User Services run efficiently and effectively. 

Plan Team - supporting the following three (3) teams - Enterprise Architecture, IT-Security, and IT-Portfolio Services by achieving a set of shared objectives and reporting key results that demonstrate the achievement of the value.

 

The Responsibilities: 

 

  • Most importantly, you will conduct High-Level Assessments (e.g. for a business area or application) and identify processes that are feasible for improvement and/or improved quality with recommendations for benefits and savings
  • Create Business Process Solution Design recommendations and documentation, once reviewed and approved, design and configure for inclusion with other package changes.
  • Define and document the transaction flow 'future state' requirement - detailing the logic from the start of a process to completion of the business transaction.  Design / Configure the process.
  • Convert unstructured inputs to structured inputs where required, clearly detail each step and business logic to be configured. Understand how the process steps work and what the outcome and value is to the process flow.
  • Plan Team support may include Architecture planning, documentation, and Governance. 

 

The Other Qualifications:  

  • You are a strong problem solver.
  • You have excellent effective communication skills, both orally and writing
  • You have good communication skills (speaking and writing in the English language)
  • You have a college or university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, preferred
  • You come with process certifications (e.g. ITIL, SAFe Agile, LPM, CAPM)
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
