Molson Coors Brewing Company is looking for a highly motivated individual to join their IT Security team with the primary responsibility of supporting the controls compliance efforts within Molson Coors’ Global Business.

 

The Headlines:

 

In the role of the Senior IT Compliance Specialist, working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the North America IT team. This is a critical IT Security role reporting to the Manager of IT Controls and Compliance responsible for a wide range of analysis and monitoring activities that focus on the compliance of IT processes and systems against the company’s control framework. Candidates will have proven ability to deliver work accurately on time, demonstrated a collaborative and team oriented attitude through great problem solving and analytical skills, and shown a natural curiosity that helps get to the root cause of issues to better address them.

 

At Molson Coors, IT Compliance is delivered through an evolving control framework designed in the context of a dynamic environment.  This role will require someone with flexibility and experience in effectively working with teams throughout IT, the business, and service providers. This individual will need to have well developed communication and relationship skills to both educate and influence others to help the IT organization achieve more effective and efficient risk mitigation and control.

 

The Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitors and enforces appropriate and consistent application of the IT General Control framework  - plans, organizes, and executes control monitoring and testing in a timely manner, performs impact assessments when weaknesses are identified, and provides training to IT and business teams to improve the company's overall compliance posture
  • Prepares reports for IT Compliance and Security - provides information to management and internal and external auditors regarding the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls
  • Ability to provide influence and direct leadership – position is reliant on creating and maintaining relationships with other teams within IT as well as various business functions with their own unique needs
  • Demonstrates familiarity with data protection, data privcacy, payment methods and associated security standards, security risk assessments, and remains current on PCI DSS industry requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer engineering or science, OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of IT 
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in IT, preferably as an IT Auditor or IT Security professional
  • Experience in an SAP environment with demonstrated knowledge of SAP Security concepts
  • Experience with IT compliance domains and control frameworks such as SOX, PCI, SOC, NIST, ISO 27001 or ISO 27002 is a plus
  • Current CISA, CISSP, or CISM certifications preferred
