The Headlines:   

In the role of Financial Analyst – Global FP&A working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Finance team.  You will be responsible for supporting the global planning, forecasting and consolidation processes for the Enterprise P&L, along with reporting for Senior Executives and the Board of Directors.


This position will also support the Investor Relations team on quarterly earnings releases via reporting and focused analysis.  The ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with the various Finance divisions, including EMEA & APAC and Corporate finance teams, is key to the position.   


The Responsibilities: 

  • Supports the Global P&L forecast process
  • Supports the global financial P&L forecast consolidation and reporting to senior management via the monthly LT deck and financial reporting for the Board of Directors
  • Establishes and maintains key relationships with forecast leads throughout business for both local currency and US dollar reporting
  • Updates of financial forecast models on a monthly basis including responsibility for Anaplan content and creation of financial dashboards
  • Supports the Global P&L annual planning processes
  • Assists with coordinating annual planning calendar and the overall process to deliver the financial LRP and Annual Operating Plan for Molson Coors Beverage Company.
  • Assists with the annual target setting process and related communications, including performing analysis and scenario planning to support top and bottom-line target recommendations to the CFO and CEO
  • Summarizes and prepares budget information for presentation to Senior Executives and Board of Directors
  • Assists with quarterly external reporting and analysis
  • Aids in compiling earnings documents (Earnings Release, Q&A) used for senior executive reporting and press releases
  • Supports the investor relations area with earning analysis including comparison to concensus metrics, identifying (and validating) assertions that support key pillars of company strategy and other ad hoc requests
  • Compiles volume data used for reporting and presented in earnings release documents
  • Supports corporate accounting team with 10-K/Q analysis
  • Performs ongoing competitive peer analysis and benchmarking, e.g. ROIC and other key financial metrics




The Other Qualifications: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance OR equivalent experience (3+ years) in related field
  • You love a challenge.
  • You have experience with SAP/Business Warehouse, advanced knowledge of excel, microsoft office
  • You have prior budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience 
  • You have strong understanding of financial statements
  • You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
