The Headlines:

The Business Process Manager - Warehouse Operations role based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a position within the GBS - Business Process Excellence Group focused on regional North America based supply chain integrated processes associated with managing the flow of goods through our Warehouses and other supply chain operation.

In this role, you will report to the Business Process Owner-Warehouse Operations and work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to our supply chain, finance, and IT organizations.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and providing input and governance across the execution and strategy areas of the business process map related to the movement of goods through our warehouses.
  • Full involvement in the energizing and adoption of the enterprise process model (blueprint).
  • Monitoring & acting upon outputs within the adoption metrics or KPIs and integrating them into the business.
  • Driving 'end-to-end' business ownership of Process, Data & Reporting.
  • Seeking out and solutioning continuous improvement to realize benefits including participation in projects as well as small enhancements.
  • Implementing our sustainment methodology and principles in line with MolsonCoors strategy.

 

The Qualifications:

  • You have 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in business or IT. Additionally, 3+ years of experience in a warehouse setting including: end-to-end receiving, bin and resource management, destruction, issuing to delivery, picking, loading and goods issue. The financial management of these processes is included in the scope of this role.
  • You have knowledge of warehouse functionality in a CPG setting.
  • You bring familiarity with ECC- MM, ECC-LES, ECC-SD, ECC-PM, ECC-SM, ECC-FICO; SCM-EWM; GATP; HANA; PI; MII and EDI integration.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to work in virtual teams in a fast paced, matrixed organization.
  • You are a self-starter and have the ability to work independently in a flued environment with multiple deliverables at any given time.
  • You have strong computer proficiency (e.g. MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • You bring experience in SAP.
