The Headlines:

In the role of a Manufacturing Specialist - Mold Shop working at the Rocky Mountain Bottle Company in Wheat Ridge Colorado you will be part of the Mold repair Department. You will be a technical resource and support the maintenance of/continuous improvement of the Mold Shop and it's associated equipment. 


This position reports to our Process Leader - Glass and works closely with our production teams.


The Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to tactical plans and initiatives aimed toward implementing the MolsonCoors WCSC 2.0 concepts & principals to deliver performance results in Safety, People, Quality, Service, Cost, and Sustainability
  • Assist in bench marking and capital project implementation, as assigned
  • Will be expected to provide hands on support and interaction with a wide variety of specialized and general equipment, shop floor personnel, and operating departments on a daily basis
  • Performs other work as assigned 


The Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ideally, would have minimum 5 years or more experience in Mold Repair
  • Must be ble to interpret and update mechanical prints
  • Understanding of data collection systems, and database management
  • Proficient with SAP, MasterCam, MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, and MS Project
  • Candidate is a subject matter expertise in the aforementioned areas: advanced reliability concepts, process and equipment optimization, troubleshooting, process improvement, technical analysis, trial of new technologies, updating and improving standard operating procedures, implementing Lean Principals, and capability development of personnel

Job Posting Hourly Rate: $40.11
