The Headlines:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Investor Relations in Denver, this person is responsible for production of all investor relations analysis and communication materials, design of multiple investor relations analyses and communication materials, arranging and co-hosting investor engagement events & activities (e.g., investor calls, investor meetings), and leading or co-leading multiple discovery and communication-related workstreams with internal business leaders.

 

The Responsibilities:

 

External Communication:

  • Design, produce, and disseminate analyses for investors and other external constituents – e.g., business performance charts on key metrics – on project basis and quarterly basis.
  • Design, produce, and disseminate earnings decks and other time-sensitive materials communicating strategy and financial performance, condition, and objectives.  
  • Arrange, participate, and co-conduct calls with sell-side analysts, investment analysts, and portfolio managers.
  • Internal Communication:
  • Design, produce, and disseminate analyses for internal constituents – e.g., consensus to LE – on project basis and quarterly basis.
  • Design, product, and disseminate decks reviewing strategy, performance, investor topics for internal constituents, including leaders of other functional teams and new employees.
  • Design, produce, and disseminate updates to ELT and other business leaders on key investor topics, including sector news and analyst reports on Molson Coors, competitors and other consumer staples companies.
  • Design, produce, and disseminate decks reviewing ownership, valuation, investor sentiment for ELT and Board of Directors.
  • Routinely present some of the materials described above to other functional teams and new employees.
  • Partner with corporate and BU analysts, BU leaders, and other company leaders:
    • prviding investor commentary and analysis to these parties
    • cllecting data and analysis from these parties for investors

Engagement:

  • Design, produce, and co-host investor calls and events with CEO, CFO, and other company leaders, including HQ visits, nondeal roadshows, field visits, conferences, analyst days.
  • Design, produce, and co-lead investor surveys.

The Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of experience in investor relations, finance, or accounting positions for a public company, accounting firm or a consulting agency.
  • Financial and investment analysis skills, oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation ability, along with an outstanding ability to communicate using these qualities and skills.
  • A clear and thorough understanding of US GAAP accounting principles.
  • A basic understanding of the financial and investment markets and the ability to establish new relationships quickly.
  • College degree required.
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg, FactSet, Ipreo, and Business Wire platforms a plus.
  • An energetic, efficient, and resourceful team player and individual contributor.
  • A person with an insatiable appetite to learn more.
