The Responsibilities

 

In the role of Manager, Global Finance Transformation and Systems working in Denver, you will take the lead on transformational finance projects by prioritizing tasks, working cross-functionally and influencing leaders, and serving as a subject matter expert on the implications these projects have on our Finance systems (especially Anaplan).

 

This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Finance Transformation and works closely with closely with all other Finance teams, as well as IT and HR.
 

Global Transformation Portfolio Management
 

  • Responsible for creating, implementing and managing a process to prioritize Finance project resources across the organization.  Process will ensure visibility into Finance resource allocations, identify leading indicators of resource constraints and manage the global portfolio of projects (both finance lead and supported projects) across the organization.
  • Collaborates across functions and geographies to ensure delivery of business objectives
  • Performance Management: Identify, align, track and report key KPI metrics for the Global Business Transformation Portfolio to various leadership teams across the organization
  • Responsible for all financial planning and forecasting activities for each of the projects within the Global Transformation Portfolio
     

Global Project Lead
 

  • Identify Business Requirements, and solutions
  • Create and execute a 'case for change' including financial business case(s)
  • Responsible for delivery of portfolio and projects in accordance to Brilliant execution
  • Lead cross functional and geographic teams to execute project deliverables (on-time and on-budget)
  • Lead Anaplan system support, including updates, new functionality, and administrative activities as required by various projects
     

Business Partnering with Finance/Country/ Functional Leadership Teams
 

  • Be a First Choice Partner, build collaborative partnerships through thought leadership and financial analysis
  • Use financial knowledge (Process, People and tools) to simplify, standardize and drive efficiencies across the organization while enabling business strategy
  • Lead role for continued 're'-prioritization efforts (new projects, business initiatives, etc.) and are aligned with MCBC's strategic agenda
     

The Qualifications:
 

  • B.S. or B.A. in Business ore business-related field (MBA preferred)
  • At least 9 years of related experience at a global enterprise (Consumer packaged goods preferred)
  • Project and portfolio management experience
  • Deep understanding of model-building and administrative actions in Anaplan
  • Strong analytical/qualitative and communication skills with detail-orientation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence leaders
  • The ability to embrace ambiguity and complex situations – managing multiple priorities with many interdependencies at the same time
