The Headlines:

 

In the role of Finance Manager – Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB) working in Denver you will be part of the global FP&A team.  The person will be responsible for facilitating the ZBB program for Molson Coors Corporate Center and Molson Coors International (upon implementation of program).  This role will drive continues improvement opportunities focused on delivering sustained cost reductions to fuel growth across our business units. 

 

This position reports to the Sr. Director, Global FP&A and works closely with the budget/package owners, FP&A, and executive leadership.

 

The Responsibilities:
 

  • Oversee the overall Financial Management of all elements of ZBB, working with Finance Business Partners, ZBB Package owners and management
  • Oversee financial ZBB process including the facilitation of ZBB package owner meetings, communications of meeting outcomes to relevant parties, and drive continued support to deliver ZBB results/objectives
  • Oversee ZBB business plans to ensure accurate and timely reports to Finance, ZBB package owners and management
  • Aid in driving and delivering change, education on processes and delivery of outputs in accordance with outlined timelines.  Lead the implementation of best practices and training materials for the business
  • Manage forecasting/planning/reporting models for ZBB
  • Interpret financial data and provide guidance to department leadership and company executives
  • ZBB P&L Management as it relates to identifying risks and opportunities
  • Work with functional leaders to consolidate ZBB information for presentation to company executives
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required

 

The Qualifications:  
 

  • BS/BA in Business (or business-related field). MBA or MS preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a global consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment in a Finance and/or Accounting capacity
  • Results driven; strong analytical/qualitative skills; detail-oriented; exceptional inter-personal skills and the ability to quickly build relationships. Excellent oral and written communication skills; advanced knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint; strategic thinking and enterprise mindset; solid teamwork and collaboration skills; must be comfortable working with company executives on a routine basis. Familiarity with accounting practices, policy writing, detailed documentation & foreign exchange impact preferred. Anaplan, Tableau experience preferred.
