The Headlines: 

As a member of the Hourly Restaurant Staff, you will get the opportunity to work in our Blue Moon Brewing Company Restaurant as a part of the U.S. Imports and Crafts Team. This position will provide prompt and courteous service to meet customer demands, while demonstrating strong knowledge of the Blue Moon brand, beers, and food menu. All FOH (front of house) and BOH (back of house) staff will place customer needs ahead of their own, at all times, and continuously work to improve the overall guest experience. 


This position reports to the Executive Chef and works closely with Assistant Restaurant Managers, Restaurant Managers, Executive/Sous Chefs, and fellow Blue Moon Hourly Restaurant Ambassadors. 


The Responsibilities:  

  • Complete tasks from prep sheet written by Kitchen Manager
  • Complete small cleaning list as a team daily
  • Labeling, stocking, organizing, and rotating product in food storage areas
  • Keeping track of inventory to insure we don’t run out of something
  • Assisting in putting order away in morning
  • Properly measure ingredients to assure consistency, follow recipes
  • Able to ask questions when not sure about something
  • Work closely with the line cooks and dishwashers throughout the shift and provide support as needed
  • Comply with sanitation standards and regulations at all times
  • Good communication skills are preferred, demonstrate integrity in professional matter


The Other Qualifications:  

  • You are at least 21 years of age 
  • You have your high school diploma (or equivalent) 
  • Restaurant experience, ALOHA experience, and beer knowledge is a plus 
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lb and be able to stand for entirety of shift
  • Dough knowledge is preferred
  • As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a criminal background check and drug screen
