The Headlines:   

In the role of Sales Technology Manager based in Chicago, IL you will be part of the Commercial Center of Excellence team.  The person is a leader in the Sales CCOE organization supporting how technology can enable the overall sales strategies. The role will work with the program team and stakeholders on capabilities, determining and prioritizing scope, and serve as the Product Owner. The role will lead/develop relationships with a cross-functional business and technology team to evaluate the proposed scope. The role must actively engage in strategic planning and detailed execution of program scope. The role will work with the program team integrating and enabling technology solutions.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Support technology implementations
  • Identification of opportunities to repurpose existing capabilities
  • Planning and prioritizing scope
  • Creating Users Stories
  • Execution of on user acceptance testing
  • Provide sign off on change management activities and communications.
  • Execute against Ad-hoc analysis of sales data or data flows

 

The Other Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Sales Technology role (or equivalent)
  • Business experience that includes working closely with IT in the development and implementation of medium to large-scale integrated systems
  • Salesforce Administration experience or certification.
  • Specific Salesforce experience in:
    • Management of Report/Dashboards, list views, and user management
    • Basic configuration and general configuration 
    • Visual flows
    • Process builder
    • Page Layout modifications
    • Event activity
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodology
  • Expert ability to collaborate with leadership to define as-is business processes, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions, and measure delivery results
  • Expert ability to analyze and document complex business processes
  • Expert in business requirements/user stories
  • Analytic tools SQL, SOQL, R and/or Python
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to adequately express complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent presentation skills and enthusiasm for proposing bold ideas and take accountability 
  • Ability to make effective decisions under pressure
  • Ability to think analytically and be a problem solver
  • Ability to interface and influence people at all levels within the organization
