The Headlines:   

The purpose of The Commercial Operation’s Analyst is unburdening our sales partners and deliver selling solutions for our distributor around 3 key areas of our Non-Alcohol portfolio: Strategic Partnerships, Regional Brands, New launches, and Chain Programs. This is done by driving attention to order and inventory gaps, reducing number of out of stocks, and accelerating the operations & supply chain team to sales priorities. Resulting in a more refined commercial experience so that Molson Coors can achieve the overall volume goal and deliver top-line growth.

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Providing guidance will be key as you support and direct both internal and external resources in the creation of shopper marketing initiatives from concept all the way to completion.   
  • Led gap analysis on orders vs forecast and drive corrective actions on our Non-Alcohol portfolio.
  • Act as single point of contact to link Sales and Operations for the Non-Alcohol portfolio.
  • Drive 1st order windows / key order windows
  • Track New Brand Launches or other key brand/package incentives
  • Draw up a Final Call recommendation for Com Ops leadership
  • Partner with our Chain leads and develop awareness of activity with operations.
  • Identify order and inventory gaps in a forward view that is actionable for CSAs and Sales
  • Communicate Key Timelines across the organization and drive the Gap Closure process
  • Recommended safety stock plan
  • Led analysis for RM Targets and metrics
  • Liaison to Brand and Sales Leadership to deliver an optimized plan and reduce Risk Mitigation while not having Out of Stocks.
  • Led contact for distributor’s who have changes to their RM plan.

 

The Other Qualifications:       

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 Years of Commercial/Sales Experience
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Disciplined Problem Solving Skills
  • Ability to partner and lead multiple stake-holder groups
  • Strong Organizational / Project Management skills
  • Communication skills, oral and written, for the preparation of professional, clear, concise reports and
    for presentations to multi-divisional management. 
  • Excellent PC Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS-Outlook)
  • Ability to quickly assess situation, identify root causes of issues and solve.
  • Understanding of the 3-Tier Distributor System
