What are you going to do in this role:

  • Conduct internal and external end-to-end recruitment process
  • Define the most efficient channels to recruit candidates and execute efficient talent acquisition strategy
  • Closely cooperate with hiring managers and business partners regarding the recruitment process
  • Create job advertisements, pre-screen candidates, maintain contact with candidates, organize and conduct selection interviews, collect basic documentation and create offer letters for candidates
  • Improve accuracy and time to fill rates while consistently delivering diverse talent to the enterprise, maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in employer branding activities that will position our company as desirable employer on the market
  • Participate in creating and implementing resourcing policies, procedures and country legislative requirements relating to the recruitment
  • Cooperate and maintain good relations with faculties and students (competitions, conferences, trainee programs)
  • Monitor trends in the labor market related to talent acquisition and recruitment, propose activities that will adequately respond to these trends
  • Cooperate with external providers (agencies, job boards providers etc.)


If you meet the following criteria, please apply.

You have:

  • University degree in social science
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Experience in interviewing and providing feedback
  • Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and experience of working in Applicant Tracking System
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in handling confidential information
  • The ability to adapt to changes
  • An eye for detail and know how to prioritize tasks
  • The ability to make decisions, contribute to the decision-making process and take initiative
