Summary: The Business Administration Coordinator will support key business and administration functions within the organization necessary to achieve company objectives. The BAC will provide financial and administration support to the Finance Manager, Business Administration Manager, Finance and Administration Director (F&AD), TYC General Manager and to the overall TYC Leadership Team as needed. The BAC will also work in collaboration with the administration team by supporting a cohesive, inclusive, high performing culture. The BAC will maintain strong relationships across all business partners’ shared service providers, departments, and vendors, as well as distributor and retail partners. Key functional responsibilities include travel and meeting management support, vendor support, accounts payable, pricing administration, insurance administration, compliance, and regulatory administration, with strong organizational and record keeping processes. The BAC will work cross-functionally with other TYC departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) as required to assist in building and maintaining strong administrative processes to streamline the business and enablement of key revenue generating functions needed to drive company performance. The position will require development of a close working relationship with our partner company departments of Administration, Finance and Accounting.
- Key Job Functions:
- Provide day to day support to the sales, operations, and marketing financial functions that mirrors the mission statement, core values, and culture of The Yuengling Company.
- Act as a positive agent of change to continuously drive improvement within the organization.
- Work cross functionally with Molson Coors Beverage Company and D.G. Yuengling & Son to ensure oversight of the administrative functions and responsibilities.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive controls over daily practices to ensure accuracy of company records, and policies.
- Collect and build documentation needed to create Distributor billings (Credits and Debits).
- Ensuring up to date records are being kept and have any required information readily available to answer any questions that TYC, distributor partners, or vendors may have that relate to billing timing.
- Produce reporting to internal and external partners to help drive business results. (POS, Samples, and Media tracking)
- Drive reporting that will support our working relationship with external partners and help them quickly retrieve needed information and gain insights on prior months business.
- Continually find ways to utilize technology to build efficient business processes.
- Monthly review, reconciliation, recap of Internal Order for Sales and Marketing.
- Ensure billings and budgets are aligning.
- Weekly review to ensure that all billings are being generated.
- Gather and submit the creation of new vendors ensuring that they align with our accounts payable processing parameters.
- Special projects to help support continued process improvements.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Administration to plan team events and local meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements, including tax.
- Identify any variances and assist in developing solutions to improve operational processes.
- Build strong understanding of all business functions within The Yuengling Company.

- Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidate should have four years of administrative experience, or a bachelor’s degree in business
- Background in SAP preferred.
- Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to lead by example in a positive and motivating manner.
- Broad based background in Business Administration needed to support the business
- Position resides in Dallas/Fort Worth area and may require occasional travel (typically no more than 5% but more in the first 12-18 months).
- Candidate should have a working knowledge of excel
