This position is responsible for WCSC 2.0 coordination (eg. organization of pilllars, doc. Administration etc.), coaching of trios management on shopfloor and implementation of lean methodologies (WCSC 2.0) within supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with pillar leads (local, regional and global) to ensure understanding, ownership and usage of tools is in place. |
|
|
Communication with Regional Excellance team regarding WCSC 2.0 Activities (KPI, RTT implementation etc.) |
|
|
Support of continuous improvement project within supply chain to drive loss elimination, coordinate them and share best practice. |
|
|
Responsible for influencing and coaching Site Leadership, Pillar Owners, teams/individuals to ensure integration of work and activities to deliver business results associated with WCSC 2.0 and the ability to sustain those results. |
|
|
Leading of Work Process Improvement pillar. |

Education |

|
Required: Bachelors degree (technology, industrial engineering) |
||
|
Preferred: University degree ( industrial engineering, technology) |
||
|
Skills and Relevant Work Experience |
||
|
Required: Project management; analytical skills; Change management; Coaching, & facilitation skills; Excellent PC skills (MS Office especially); Fluent English; minimum 3 years of experience with lean methodology |
||
|
Preferred: ISO/IATF standards from Automotive experience. Lean Six Sigma green belt |
