HIGHLEVEL OVERVIEW OF THIS POSITION:
This is highly impactful role in the field of Molson Coors Supply Network in CEE region. Key objective is to lead standardization in supply planning area aiming at setting new base conditions, initiating continuous improvement and enhancing operational excellence by implementing new tools and processes in the short term. In the long term the person will lead the planning transformation touching areas of:

• people – scaling the roles, redefinition of roles
• process – implementation and definition of standard workprocesses under the Supply Network Pillar umbrella
• systems – new technology implementation enhancing real time visibility and control tower concept

WHAT ARE THE KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES?

• owns and is responsible for effective execution of the Supply Review part of CEE Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Cycle across 7 countries as well is responsible for process of long-term capacity planning connected to respective site´s operating strategy
• is accountable for Inventory Management Program in CEE which aims on bringing cash reduction 
• integrates and owns the ongoing sourcing management within the region, regional can hub strategy and intercompany portfolio sourcing
• under the implementation of the World Class Supply Chain (Integrated Work System) methodology for our sites in CEE, this person is the Supply Network Pillar Leader accountable for Supply Network capability program across all 7 major breweries in CEE region

WHAT DO YOU NEED IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION?

• strong business experience in supply planning position or similar from international / corporate environment at minimum of 7 years
• proven experience with leading a team of professionals
• big advantage is an experience with change management process and implementation of new tools, standards and processes in supply planning area
• natural influencer and leader with ability to coach and mentor people
• university degree
