This position is responsible for sustainibility of internal processes by leading of data analyzing, training, auditing and technology sources & is responsible for performance KPI's process.
Key responsibilities:

Responsible for developing of process audit tool. Accountable for updated audit plan and training plan for internal processes. |
|
|
Responsible for performance KPI's process, including documentation, regular reporting to BIPT and updated report within supply chain. |
|
|
Leading of Focus Improvement Pillar. Closely working with process leads on problem solving projects, coordinate them and share best practice. |
|
|
Responsible for people management to ensure right development for the team, identify right succesors and implement right actions to improve people engagement. |
|
|
Supportive in improvement projects as well as WCSC 2.0 initiatives. |
Ideal profile:

Education |

|
Required: Bachelors degree (technology, industrial engineering, economical, bussines) |
||
|
Preferred: University degree ( industrial engineering, technology) |
||
|
Skills and Relevant Work Experience |
||
|
Required: Project management; analytical skills; Change management; Coaching, & facilitation skills; Excellent PC skills (MS Office especially); Fluent English; minimum 3 years of experience with lean methodology. |
||
|
Preferred: ISO/IATF standards from Automotive experience. Lean Six Sigma green belt |
