What responsibilities will define your role?
- act as a key interface between Talent & Development Central & Eastern Europe and country HR team and ensure coordination of talent & people processes and strategy;
- understand company requirements and needs in recruitment and development areas, to translate those into meaningful plans, practices and solutions;
- support building inclusive and winning culture and positive working environment to encourage business growth;
- navigate recruitment policy, select effective channels, reinforce employer branding and contribute to improve employee engagement;
- ensure right tools and process for proper onboarding and experience for new and promoted employees;
- establish a framework for people cycle, coordinate performance, talent and succession management practice to support business in achieving objectives and strengthening talent pipeline;
- support building functional and leadership skills by designing tools, providing development solutions, delivering training programs;
- develop and drive implementation of country people plan, follow critical KPIs, generate and analyze reports, manage training and recruitment budgets;
- manage and develop recruiters and trainers in TAD team to deliver high quality outcomes in line with business expectations.

Here are some of the essentials ingredients for success:
- have 5-7 years of experience in learning & development and as a facilitator and/or talent acquisition area;
- have university, college degree in the field of Human Resources Management, Economics, Psychology or similar;
- are familiar with training and recruitment best practices;
- have excellent command in Czech and English;
- have strong organizational and project management skills;
- are able to build strong relationships and influencing others;
- have the sense of empathy and enough resilience in changing environment;
- know how to solve problems effectively and own a proactive mindset;
- can build a successful team, lead and develop individuals.
