Quality & Food Safety Lead

What you'll be doing
As our Quality & Food Safety Lead, you'll be at the heart of ensuring product integrity, consumer safety, and regulatory compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the site's Quality & Food Safety agenda and ensuring compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Managing and developing the Quality Control team and laboratory operations, creating an environment focused on excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Overseeing laboratory activities, including microbiological, sensory, physical, and chemical analyses.
- Acting as the site's subject matter expert for Quality & Food Safety, providing guidance and support to colleagues across Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, and other functions.
- Monitoring quality performance, consumer complaints, and process trends to identify improvement opportunities before they become issues.
- Driving root cause analysis, corrective actions, and risk mitigation initiatives to continuously improve product quality and food safety performance.
- Working closely with regional Quality & Food Safety teams to implement best practices, standards, and improvement programs.
- Supporting internal and external audits and maintaining strong relationships with regulatory authorities, auditors, contractors, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensuring effective management of non-conforming products and supporting product hold and release decisions when required.
- Championing a culture of quality through coaching, training, and capability building across the brewery.
What makes you a good fit
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with the ability to lead and influence others.
You bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in brewing, beverage, food manufacturing, or a similar production environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in a quality management role.
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience leading quality processes, laboratory operations, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Confidence working with auditors, regulators, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (B2)
- A relevant university degree in Quality, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Brewing, or a related field.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Our Total Rewards package includes a gross base salary of Kč794,000.00 - Kč1,042,100.00 (yearly posting salary range) plus a 18% target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages.
The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as previous experience, skills and internal equity.
