Media & Digital manager is responsible for planning and development of ATL media strategy including digital/social media for all local brands fully in line with brands ambition, positioning and target groups As a member of marketing team, partners with a cross-functional team to define and implement high impact Digital programs that grow Molson Coors brands.

 

What will be your key responsibilities?

*Accountable for strategic planning, organization, development and operational follow up of the performance and overall efficiency and effectiveness of all Marketing activities related to Media ATL, Digital and Social Media for all brands of the company on the Czech market.
*Organizes external partners, agencies in driving digital agenda and developing digital content strategy. Manage relationship with media, digital and creative agencies with support of Brand managers and Marketing director to secure delivery for digital & social media activities / programs.
*Responsible for budgeting and evaluation of digital related activities and projects across organization (incl. annual media budget split)                    
*Monitor and implement innovative digital platforms and social media projects using and coordinate development of digital projects (websites, mobile apps, innovative digital services) in collaboration with agencies and brand managers                    
*Managing and improving social media content strategies in social channels within organization (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn…)

 

What do you need in order to be successful in this position?

*Minimum 3+ years experience in ATL media including digital and social media marketing
*Working knowledge of digital and social media advertising and usage of advertising tools as well as traditional media 
*Deep understanding and experience of Digital/Social Media content development, communication rules and community management
*Understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture) and web technology (HTML, content management, etc)
*Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in traditional and digital media and measurement
*Experience with budget management and control
*Excellent organization and time management skills
