Position overview:

In this role you will work with Supply Chain and Senior Leaders to enable robust and actionable People Plans aligned to the short and long terms aims of their function and the business. These Plans will have a key focus on talent, capability, performance and engagement and will be aligned with the Central and EasternWestern Europe (CEE) Long Range Plan (LRP) and business objectives.


You will operate within and continually reinforce the HR model, working with the Function to drive continuous improvement across the business.  This is critical to ensure you execute the People Plan for your customer group.


What you’ll do?

• Develop effective working relationships with key function leaders of Supply Chaing and Enabling Functions to improve business performance within CZ&SK region;

• Create an environment to support effective strategic and operational decision making;

• Lead and support people related change activity providing recommendations for improving effectiveness through organization design;

• Execute core people processes within assigned functions (e.g. People Plans, Performance Cycle, Talent Planning and Annual Compensation Planning);

• Provide leadership support and coaching to people leaders;

• Contribute and work collaboratively to support key projects within the HR long range plan and HR people plan;

• Support General Manager and HR Director for annual negotiations with Trade Union.

What should be your backgroud?

• High schools as minimum, Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR field is an advantage

• Relevant experience in HR area (preferably in FMCG)

• Excellent command of English & Czech (written, verbal)

• Knowledge of Supply processes as an advantage

• Strong HR professional skills, knowledge and significant experience of application of employment legislation to individuals and groups

• Strong relationship building and influencing skills

• Identifying and diagnosing issues impacting the areas of support and/or the wider business.
