Communications & Corporate Affairs Manager (CZ/SK)

We are looking for a Communications & Corporate Affairs Manager to lead all corporate, external and internal communications across Czech Republic and Slovakia.

This role is about shaping how we communicate – both inside and outside the company – and about building trust in our corporate story, employer brand and ESG agenda. You will work closely with local leadership and regional partners while having strong ownership at country level.

What you will do

• Lead and deliver local communications and corporate affairs strategy for CZ/SK in line with the broader business direction
• Manage external communications: corporate and employer brand PR, brand and trade media, digital and social channels, websites and sponsorship activation
• Drive corporate and community affairs, including ESG communication initiatives (environmental and social topics, alcohol responsibility, charity and volunteering)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, community stakeholders and trade associations
• Lead local crisis and issues communications in cooperation with Legal and leadership teams
• Oversee and support internal communications to strengthen employee engagement, culture, change communication and employer value proposition

What we are looking for

• University degree or equivalent (communications / PR qualification is an advantage)
• Strong experience in corporate communications or PR, agency and/or in‑house, ideally within FMCG
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken
• Experience working in an international or matrix environment
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset and collaborative approach
• Driving licence
• Experience with crisis communications, change communications, media relations or brand launches is a plus
