This role is responsible for building capability and performance of staff across european countries through brilliant execution of excellent training.

Is the owner and leader of commercial excellence academy framework in respective country, responsible for implementation, coordination, planning and delivery.


What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Commercial training plans (including induction) for commercial staff in the country, which meet country specific, European, Global requirements and standards. All in line with the framework of Commercial excellence academy (CEA) and commercial functional training needs.
  • Personally deliver commercial trainings.  Trainings to be delivered mainly to the the sales ogranization and may be - Involved in other training delivery projects as and when required.
  • Provide individual coaching of sales positions in the field as well as coaching to line managers in regards to people development and team management  topics.
  • Continuously implement and give input for improvement of the commercial trainings as requested by Commercial leaders and commercial employees as well as HRBP's.
  • Cooperates closely with the Talent and acquisition as well as HRBP and commercial management to ensure, alignment, consistency, team work and best in class support to the organization.
  • Take responsibility for particular aspects of the global roll-out of the Commercial Excellence Programme, and its continuous improvement.
  • Support evaluation of the effectiveness of training in ROI terms.
  • Implement the principles of CEA and the 70-20-10 learning approach, coach the commercial managers on this approach and engage them into the CEA roll out and establishment as a standard in the organization.


What should be your background and skills?

  • Degree / Degree level equivalent qualification or experience
  • Good track record of relevant sales experience
  • Experience of designing and delivering learning and development initiatives, utilising a variety of interventions to suit differing needs of individuals' development
  • Strong eveidence of interest in people capability and development
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication sills, verbal and written
  • English language - Advanced level
  • Czech language - Advanced level
  • Good coaching skills
  • Evidence of responding to business change with pace and urgency
  • Experience of key accounts is preferred
  • Evidence of working with Category teams and Customer marketing teams to develop the selling stories needed for training solutions is advantage
