A great opportunity for marketers – we have an open seat in our marketing team, based either in Prague - Smíchov or Ostrava, where you can take part in developing activities and products from A to Z. We also welcome juniors and recent university graduates.

What would your role look like?

Based on an annual plan prepared together with the Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to fully develop and deliver activities across the assigned portfolio. The role also includes planning and executing event activities across all brands. You will be involved in creating 360° campaigns, including activations across communication channels and at points of sale. You will be responsible for your brands from a budget perspective, analyze data and research, identify new growth opportunities, and bring them to life. Last but not least, you will collaborate closely with all departments – especially the sales team – as well as with agencies to ensure excellent execution across all elements of the marketing mix.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, or a university graduate with a marketing or commercial background and a strong interest in brand marketing
• Knowledge of marketing communications
• Interest in digital marketing and social media
• Goal-oriented mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in project management, budget control, working with external agencies, and negotiation
• Strong passion for brands
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams and work cross‑functionally
• Strong collaboration skills
• Fluent English and Czech or Slovak (written and spoken)
• Previous (even short-term) experience in the field is an advantage
• MS Office proficiency – PowerPoint and Excel
