Account Manager Middle East & North Africa, Export and License
Location:   Europe (flexible:Czezch Republick, Croatia, the UK)

*This role requires up to 50% travel to countries within Middle East (UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq /North Africa(Morocco etc).  As People First organization we’re happy to discuss flexible ways of working.

Your Purpose as Account Manager is building the value chain to ensure executing the Molson Coors Beverage Company Middle East and North Africa (MENA) growth strategy within AIMECA & TR, through a portfolio of existing and new distributors. Working with many customers, who each trade across multiple channels as well as all aspects of customer interaction. You will have as goal building long term relationships to deliver targeted NSR and profit growth as well as to maximize Molson Coors brand awareness to strengthen our global footprint.


Some key responsibilities will include also:

  • Business development: research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, distributors. Marketing the company and its brands to potential business partners.
  • Business Planning: sales analysis (data from multiple sources), full P&L responsibility for selected markets/customers. Provide inputs contributing to the monthly volume/financial forecasts, quarterly reviews and ultimately the mid-long term business plans.
  • Execution and Negotiation of all customer agreements inclusive of volume & revenue plans, instore visibility, pricing, range and promotional activity.
  • Cross-functional engagement with various functions internally (marketing, finance, legal, HR, compliance, supply chain, local market teams) to improve coordination and communication and to lead to better decision making.

    University Degree; Preferred: Business/Economics/Trade/Marketing or relevant.

   4 years of previous experience in the field (Sales/Key Account Management) in production multinational environment or desire to learn.

    Financial acumen(Budgeting, etc.)

    Client management skills and ability to build credible, trusting partner relationships.

   Analytical skills and  Excel user.   

 Entrepreneurial and breakthrough mindset.

  Persuasive and influential communicator with ability to effectively interact in a cross-functional environment with all levels and oriented to find solution and achieve results.

You are fluent in English and desire to collaborate in mulcicultural envoirment.
