Join our Molson Coors Europe Supply Chain Trainee Program in Nikšić, Trebjesa Brewery!

This October, we are providing an unique opportunity for young graduates who have graduated in the previous 3 years, graduate and final year students, to develop through the Trainee program, which provides for 12 months of rotation by departments within the Supply Chain sector, gaining practical knowledge and working on projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- 10 months of Departmental Rotations within the local Supply Chain organization, followed by a 2-month Hands-on Assignment.

- Enhancing Expertise through curriculums for different departments, technical literature and internal Leadership Development

Programs.

- Learning from others through assigned mentors, working side-by-side with Operators and Team Leads on the Shopfloor, Best Practices

Sharing with colleagues from other CEE countries and visiting sites at various locations in Europe, as per need.

- Experiential Learning and Hands-on Experience throughout the entire program through active participation in ongoing projects and by

leading small improvement projects on site.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

- You graduated not more than 3 years ago, or you are in a final graduation status (will graduate in a period of one month) and are ready

to take over the role starting from October 2024

- You graduated from University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical engineering) or in Technology, Brewing or

Food industry

- You are fluent in English

- You are not afraid to take over the responsibility

- You are serious about delivering results

- You are confident and competent

- You want to learn more

- You love challenges
