The Headlines:

In the role of the Senior Financial Analyst - Supply Chain Reporting located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will be responsible for consolidating cost of goods sold of over $5 billion for the North American business unit.  As part of the consolidation effort, you will be responsible for explaining and understanding variances to budget and prior year for procurement, breweries, purchased finished goods and distribution.  You will create insightful and streamlined reporting for monthly/YTD actuals, monthly forecasts, long-term planning and annual budgeting for cost of goods sold and inventory.  This role also has month-end accounting responsibilities and is responsible for quarterly supply chain SOX consolidation. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with all areas of supply chain finance to gather the necessary inputs for key deliverables
  • Develop an acumen for each area of supply chain that allows you to get comfortable with information that is provided to you
  • Make process improvements that improve insights and efficiency
  • Building relationships with supply chain finance teams in all areas
  • Accurately and timely consolidate and understand key drivers of results
  • Complete journal entries for month-end close

 

The Qualifications:

  • You have a relative 4-year degree in Finance or Accounting or related experience
  • You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
  • You have a high attention to detail
  • Manufacturing and product costing experience is a plus!
  • You have strong accounting skills 
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • You have the ability to manage competing priorities among several stakeholders and excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions as necessary
  • You challenge the status quo in order to eliminate inefficiency and improve end to end processes
  • Your actions are fueled by strong customer service influence, and you demonstrated the ability to effectively influence and collaborate without formal authority
