The Headlines:   


In the role of IT Program Manager working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Information Technology team.  This position is accountable for managing large scale multinational, typically complex projects and/or large divisional projects to achieve business objectives and deliver business benefits, ensuring that risks are identified and managed appropriately, and objectives are achieved within budget, within time & to required quality. 


The Responsibilities: 


  • This person will lead multinational complex projects and/or large divisional projects through project plan development and status tracking. Ensures successful completion of complex projects, following the published IT Project Methodology with realistic quality and risk plans are prepared and maintained and that a project change control procedure is in place. 
  • Manages a project team of internal information technology professionals and/or other 3rd party specialists to deliver a portfolio of projects.  Provides input to managers in establishing accountabilities and providing feedback for line managers/3rd party account managers on the performance of project team members. 
  • Establishes & manages program & project budgets as appropriate to ensure forecast consistency & annual plan compliance. Monitors & controls resources, revenue & capital costs against project budget & facilitates management of expectations of all project stakeholders.  
  • Supports the Portfolio Office to ensure we continue to evaluate, monitor & improve project management processes and methods.  Ensures own projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are captured and appropriate action taken. 
  • Ensures that we continue to improve how projects are managed, in order to minimize risks to MCBC arising from projects, maximise benefits to be realised from future projects and assure the continued development of the company’s project management capability. 



The Other Qualifications: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
  • You have at least8 years of experience in IT program and/or project management, or a related field 
  • You have proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted programs with the ability to drive projects through completion. 
  • You have strong project management, teamwork, execution and organizational skills 
  • A desire to execute cybersecurity strategies within the IT function
  • You are a strategic thinker with positive attitude manifested in a solutions-oriented approach 
  • You are an excellent communicator – ability to manage messaging and can comfortably present to leaders at all levels 
  • Flexible work style to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and manage last-minute changes with a strong sense of urgency 
  • Demonstrates organizational agility and ability to work effectively, collaborate and influence across a multi-location organization
