Your Purpose


You are a commercially astute leader that will shape and define our e-commerce strategy across our wholesale channels, in both the on trade and the off trade.


On the direct side we’ve built the tool, now we need you to apply your E-commerce expertise to our ambitions and help shape the way forward for Molson Coors Beverage Company. Our platform is called MyMolsonCoors and we use Commerce Cloud, so previous experience of this is a bonus (but not essential)


We are looking for a leader with the expertise to maximise our commercial returns, improve our basket size and profitability by using content, cross and up-selling on site as well as email marketing.


At Molson Coors Beverage Company, we are really passionate about delighting our customers, so a key focus area will be to improve the shopping experience and increase NPS scores as we go.


You’ll work closely with the Product owner to develop and improve our platform. You’ll need to apply your commercial knowledge to strategically inform the MyMolsonCoors roadmap and work closely with our trading team, who manage promotions and commercial partnerships, to effectively to move towards the best outcome.


On the indirect side we want someone to lead our Ecommerce wholesale strategy, working with our Sales leads, ensuring ecommerce operational excellence and taking pride in ecommerce brilliant basics.


Our sales teams will look to you for advice and guidance on ecommerce opportunities and you will support the customer teams with the digital elements within their joint business plans.


There is a lot of opportunity here and you’ll have the chance to bring new ideas to the table and develop a complete digital strategy and playbook for the wholesale channels.


To help you deliver all of this and more, you’ll have a talented, nimble team of 3; a Content Manager, a Content Executive and a CRM Exec. You’ll inspire your team to deliver first class content and look & feel as well as best in class customer engagement.


Whilst this is a Burton based role, you will spend time out in trade and have some flexibility to work from home.


About You


You are a true expert in your field, having built a career in ecommerce and specialised in this space.


You understand the mechanics beneath a platform and know how optimise profitability, with strong examples of doing this in the past and defining a digital strategy.


You have intrinsic knowledge of wholesale having operated in this space for a good amount of time and understand the nuances of wholesale.


Your history of delivering results speaks itself and you naturally build credibility with your stakeholders based on your previous achievements.


You build relationships with ease and are just as comfortable making small talk as you are presenting in depth strategy to leadership teams.


In previous roles, you’ve demonstrated your ability to create and deliver against a business case effectively.


On top of this, you’re ambitious and looking to carve a career at Molson Coors Beverage Company. Hungry to take the reigns of our wholesale ecommerce agenda and really make a mark.


You’ve got the gravitas and leadership to take people on a journey, winning hearts and minds as you present key opportunities in the Ecomm space. You’ll be partnering with the senior leaders of Western Europe as well as our leaders in on and off trade, so the ability to deliver a powerful message and have credibility with people of all levels, is crucial.
