About the role:

About our Cobra team - we have more than 10,000 Indian restaurants in the UK. 6200 of these restaurants are licensed, each week data changes about the industry i.e. (closures, opening, new management). Our stock and trade is food therefore, we need to ensure we are up to date about what’s happening in the business and for those reasons we started collecting information in house.

So where does this role come into that?

We have excellent Field Sales people on the road visiting our ever growing customer portfolio of restaurants selling the benefits of Cobra & meeting each restaurant. Of course, it can be tricky for them to meet everyone quickly.. so this role plays a big part in ensuring we are first for our customers by helping us grow. 
Our Telesales agents are the communication bridge between Field Sales, Management and Customers.  

 

As a Telesales Agent you will:
•    Support over 900+ restaurants over the phone
•    Keep our internal systems up to date - e.g. (closure, openings, under new management, non-licensed)
•    Gather useful information about competitors ( what ethnic other beers are doing well)
•    Ensure brilliant execution in each restaurant call and give feedback to the team about any new items or any other promotions running in the market.
•    Support any queries / request placed by the restaurants which can help us to grow in the industry.
