Are you an aspiring Finance Manager looking for a chance to lead our new business venture?


Currently we are looking for a Finance Manager to join our newly acquired craft brewing brand-Hope Stuff based in Woolwich- London. In this role you will be responsible for the financial management of the Hop Stuff brewery, including 3 tap rooms by developing of management information, financial controls, budgeting and forecasting, strategy development and supporting the General Manager with analysis and insight.


This is a rare opportunity for driven finance professional who’s looking for autonomous hands on position to support a smaller brand.  In this role you will have opportunity to influence and business partner. Because of the nature of the craft business you will be working in a small team supported by our central finance function.

From the start of your journey you will be responsible for:


  • All reporting, forecasting and budgeting for Hop Stuff Brewery and Taprooms, including marketing, overheads and balance sheet items. Aligning to Molson Coors Financial processes, teams and systems and reporting as required.
  • Adhoc anaylsis such as pricing and costing of new products, evaluation of commercial deals, restructuring and other cost efficiences as and when required.
  • Responsibility for any local contracts in place relating to the Brewery, Taprooms or any IT hardware related requirements such as Telecommunications.
  • Working with Molson Coors Tax team, responsibility for compliance and reporting of applicable tax liabilities.
  • Line Management responsibility for the role of Administration support, training and coaching, organising work and tasks, ensuring completion in an efficient and effective manner.

You will be working in conjunction with the rest of the business, so a collaborative nature and strong communication skills are a requirement.

Ideally, you'll need to be recently CIMA qualified and have we do use SAP so prior experience of this would be desirable .
