Your Purpose
Due to recent internal promotion, we’re looking for a Customer Business Manager to join our Off Trade team within Ireland. 
As a Customer Business Manager, you’ll develop sustained business relationships and drive profitable sales through our extensive Molson Coors brand portfolio. You’ll work closely with our key customers, driving our channel and MCBC's brand strategies. 
Taking ownership will be your flare as you’ll strive to be first choice for our customers and consumers. You’ll ensure we build and deliver end-end customer plans, which further deepen our relationships across Off Trade - being bold and decisive improves our position and seeks to add value to our customer experience!
You’ll be passionate as you’ll be focused on building a business which makes us proud by taking responsibility for proactively managing, monitoring, evaluating, and updating the overall business plans.  
You’ll also deliver a passion for Molson Coors brands and champion us both internally and externally via coaching, training, knowledge, and education- we’ll help with this by our product allowance perk! 


About You 
We’re looking for the successful applicant to possess the below requirements: 


Required:

  • Inspired to lead through our values
  • Numerate with a strong commercial acumen
  • Persuasive with strong influencing skills
  • Passionate about personal development
  • Collaborative and Action orientated 
  • IT proficient & Excellent Time Management/Planning Skills 

Preferred: 

  • Excellent Trade/Customer Relationship track-record & working knowledge of FMCG environment 
  • Proven track record for delivering against targets  
  • An excellent understanding of FMCG, Off Trade, On Trade & Wholesale market structures 
  • Experience in managing customer/outlet profitability
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
