Molson Coors Beverage Company: Building Careers
Molson Coors Beverage Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we seek diversity. We want to continue to create an environment where our people are truly able to be themselves at work, regardless of their gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation or religion. We want people to be able to bring their own creativity and style to work, so that we get diversity in our thinking across our organisation, as we believe that we are a better business for it. As part of our ongoing commitment to D&I, we have, for example, developed an Inclusivity Forum which began in May 2021. Our Inclusivity Forum comprises of a group of individuals from a cross section of our region, spanning almost all functions. They have spent the past few months really getting to know each other as a forum group – understanding individual experiences, backgrounds and what makes having an inclusive culture at work important to us all. Like a number of our leaders across the business, they have also completed the inclusive leader training.
Throughout 2021 we’ve provided Inclusive Leader awareness training to 95% of our people leaders. This equates to nearly 400 leaders attending training and becoming aware of the importance of language, behaviours and unconscious bias that may unintentionally lead to employees feeling excluded. Inclusion Month has allowed us to continue with this important messaging to a much wider audience, ensuring that it’s not just managers taking accountability for the culture we create, but also every employee because at Molson Coors, we believe our people are our greatest asset!
