This role is a key member of the team and we are looking for an individual with exceptional experience, drive, passion for brands and commitment to ensure our brands show up fantastically well in key strategic cities!

Teamwork between Sales and Marketing is key to the success of our portfolio and execution in outlets. Our Digital Trade Marketing Executives are responsible for supporting the online activation plan, working with suppliers in delivering agreed online activity and supporting the digital and creative team to ensure promotions are aligned, with high quality content and assets for activation. This will have a lasting impact on our brands in the key cities they operate and beyond as they pioneer a new way of working that can be replicated across the UK On-trade.  Each day is a new experience – you definitely won’t be bored!  We work in a wide variety of locations, from pubs & clubs, to high end restaurants, and large scale events.

You’ll gain both depth and breadth of experience across a range of tasks along side building relationships with colleagues and customers is a key part of the apprenticeship.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Supporting the creative team to deliver the content plan by sourcing high quality content for our platforms.

 

  • Co-ordinating the delivery of the online packages to the online team and to the end customer via myMolsonCoors.com in order to positively impact sales. Understand supplier and partner brand priorities deeply in order to build a content plans that delivers ROI for suppliers, MCBC and our customers. Presenting marketing opportunities to suppliers to unlock extra investment as part of their promotion plans. Ability to assess effectiveness of promotions and adapt content, understand poor performance and recommend alternative promo tactics which have been proven in other areas.

 

  • Establishing and managing supplier relationships to activate plans and to explore additional opportunities for sales and revenue, Handling supplier issues quickly and effectively whilst mitigating issues/process breakdowns from arising in the future.

 

  • Sharing ideas and successes across the team to understand best practice and develop team capability. Work closely with key internal stakeholders for alignment on activity – MMC team, supply chain, trading team, Brand Marketing and the National Contact Centre. 

 

  • Promotion evaluation – Supporting the online team to deliver online promotions and content.  involvement in the evaluation of deals and content based on data, feedback and learnings to shape future recommendations and activity.
