Location:Dublin or  Belfast office 1-2 days a week. Some travel to Dublin and or Belfast  as and when necessary. Hybrid role. 

 

This is an integral role as part of the Operations Team, supporting the senior management team, the National Account Management & Field Sales team to deliver their channel and customer plans.

 

Key responsibilities will include and not limited to Commercial & Field Sales Reporting, Sharepoint/One Drive Management, BIK & Car management, AGS/NPS support, Expenses Management & Reporting for the ROI business), Telephone hardware fund management (45k), Management of Beermate and Building with Beer systems, Data Management (key contact for NI/ROI with Masterdata UK and governance), Invoice management via ABRIVA, general administrative duties & relief cover within the Operations team.

 

The Operations specialist, depending on reporting line, may also be responsible for managing the General Manager and Senior manager diaries, managing head office relationships to support facilities management and IT provision across the 3 Molson Coors sites in Ireland.

 

The role holder will be responsible for producing sales reports and information for the Commercial & Field Sales team and will be required to develop and maintian a series of databases and spreadsheets as well as using business reporting systems at any given time (eg, BI). As well as developing (in tandem with the Commercial team) and owning the standard reports, the role holder will be required to conduct ad hoc analysis as and when required.

 

To drive commercial processes, procedures & embedding Molson Coors standard ways of working. This will extend to proactively seeking opportunities and improvements to existing processess and procedures & implementing where & when relevant.

 

Working as part of a team, the role holder will be required to work collaboratively and efficiently with a broad range of stakeholders up to and including the leadership team.

 

The role holder will be expected to take a proactive approach to their role, identifying opportunities to free up our front line Commercial & Sales teams to spend more time delivering a great customer experience.

 

Upon occasion, the role holder will therefore be required to be part of project groups driving for process improvement and operational excellence across the back office function

 

 

Key Resonsiblities:

 

  • Regular interactions with the Senior Management, Commerical & Field Sales Management teams to review & provide reporting requirements, analysis and priorties within agreed timelines.
  • To act as a gatekeeper for all operational activity impacting all of our Commercial & Field Sales teams.
  • Setting up new accounts, liaision with third party & support key account group set up.To drive commercial processes, procedures & embedding of standardisded ways of working. Responsibility for managing and delivering key back office FSM processes and procedures and administrative support for our Commercial & Field Sales Team.
  • Proactively resolve team / customer queries and issues through liaison with internal departments, in a professional manner as and when required with significant focus on invoice processing and management.
  • Delivering the FM and IT plans for all MCBC sites in Ireland - understanding requirements and working with central teams to deliver within available budgets.
  • There will also be a requirement to ensure all employees are equipped with the right IT tools from day one - set up and ongoing upgrades would be managed by the Operations Specialist..Management of Data governance for the ROI/NI business. Key integral relationship with Masterdata UK.
  • Data Alignement Management- ensure data governance is adhered to at all times - (internal and third parties).

 

Experince:

  •  FMCG industry knowledge & experience.
  • Administration Experience.
  • SAP, Powerpoint,Excel, MS Office.
