Your Purpose

Your purpose but also ours, as a prominent business in leading beverages, we’re on the hunt for a Brand Development Manager to join our Ireland team based in Dublin North Area

You’ll grow our Molson Coors portfolio of restaurants, whilst maintaining our existing customer base. You’ll work closely on our premium and world portfolio of beers, ciders, tonics and spirits like: Madri, Blue Moon, Staropramen, Cobra, Franciscan Well, Aspall Cyder, Lixir Mixers & Tarquins Gin, to name a few.

A real passion for influencing in different food outlet types is key, as you’ll really sell the benefits of Premiumisation and offering choice to consumers in new & existing restaurants across this region.

As an influential salesperson you’ll be our go to for building partnership relationships within key trend setting and influential accounts across the greater Dublin area. You’ll possess plenty of self-drive, work well in a team and can demonstrate solid brand and commercial selling skills in all environments.

As a BDM you will also play a significant role in supporting the New Business Manager with key account proposals, while also supporting the Dublin sales team to build and develop a list of prospect accounts across the region. 

About You 

Your background in Sales will give you the credibility needed to build strong relationships with all customers new & existing.  You’ll be numerate with a strong commercial acumen & be as enthusiastic as we are about our brands! 

We’re also looking for the successful applicant to posses the below requirements: 


  • Persuasive with strong influencing skills
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Collaborative and action orientated
  • Tenacious, enthusiastic and flexible
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Advanced IT skills


It would be good if you had:


  • Experience in managing profitability.
  • Working understanding of on trade and Wholesale market and structure.
