The Headlines:

Work within the local team to provide operational and continuous improvement skills to deliver the production plan for the department and deliver and continuously improve on safety, cost, quality and service targets. Demonstrate flexibility and implementation of skills, developing and utilising World Class Supply Chain processes to contribute to delivering World Class standards of operations within the work-team and Burton Brewery. Develop others, build capability and continuously improve through the sharing of knowledge and skills, as well as being willing recipient of new skills to grow overall team competence and flexibility.



Working in our warehouse  you will work effectively as part of a team of up to 12 employees in a fast paced warehouse environment, providing support to two production packaging lines, as well as following picking lists and loading orders, loading and removing stock from trailers, supporting the daily loading, dispatch and distribution of all products in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the relevant Health and safety frameworks and legislation.

  • Providing a safe and prompt service to Two keg production lines, ensuring the correct placement of the stock into a warehouse environment.
  • Following pick lists and loading plans to correctly and safely move stock.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure the effective resolution of any loading/dispatch queries.
  • The safe operation, pre use checks, battery changing, and general care of a fork lift truck.
  • First Point of call for Team Members, and other business units within MCBC.
  • Responsible for allocating overtime and updating team holidays.
