Your Purpose


We’re now looking to recruit a Property and Facilities Director


In the role you will be responsible for defining the LRP for property & facilities, covering a full review of all properties & our overall facilities offering, to match our ambition as a business. 

You will also be Accountable for leading the property & facilities team for Western Europe (WE), including managing all associated budgets & the delivery of the AOP. 


Key Responsibilities


  • Ensuring sites are appropriate for our needs & have appropriate services.  This will include working very closely with the WE Finance Director, WE Operations Director, WE MD & WE HRD.  This will include new sites & any divestments, ensuring we have the right measures & plans in place to deliver the LRP
  • Management of all external providers (facilities providers, property agents etc), ensuring that service improves & cost reduces
  • Deliver an employee engagement strategy for office workers, working with other teams such as marketing & sales to create moments that bring people together in our office spaces
  • Ownership of the Property & Facilities AOP development & delivery, playing a role within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle to support the overall business strategy
  • Responsible for the execution of key property & facility projects e.g. M&A activity, site closures, site moves/head office move. 


About You


  • Experience of working at a senior level within businesses
  • Experience of building business cases with key financial metrics & leading them through to sign off with senior stakeholders
  • Have led a property & facilities team & delivered property change projects
  • Proven experience within FMCG/manufacturing businesses
