Your Purpose


As a growing team, dedicated to best-in-class Talent Acquisition, we’re looking to recruit a Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join us.   


This is a truly diverse role that will see you sourcing great talent across Western Europe for Supply Chain, Commercial and Enabling Functions. You’ll also get involved in some amazing projects; we are passionate about Inclusion and Diversity and in this role, you will work on ensuring that our talent acquisition practices create a more diverse pipeline of talent. You’ll also have a role in driving forward initiatives linked to employer brand, innovation and early careers.

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will work closely with your HR partners to execute the volume recruitment strategy. This will include engaging and hiring outstanding talent across different functions throughout Western Europe, using our market leading technology to source and involvement as a brand ambassador at careers events.


About You


Your background in Talent Acquisition will give you the credibility needed to build strong relationships with all your stakeholders, and candidates alike. You’ll have some talent acquisition experience, either in-house or within an agency environment and be comfortable in proactive sourcing and assessing talent using various digital platforms, e.g., Linked In, CRM and video interview tech. 


Brilliant conversational skills are a must as you’ll be partnering key internal contacts, hiring managers and candidates, demonstrating your ability to influence.


The beverages industry is fast paced, and the speed can be challenging so you’ll need to be resilient, and results focused. You’ll also need to have the agility to adapt to an ever-changing environment and flex your style with various stakeholders.
