Your Purpose


We’re now looking for a Customer Business Manager to join our People First business within our UK Off trade team. This is a mobile role, so we’re relaxed on location. 

 

This is a fantastic role within our business, where you’ll lead on growing and getting our brilliant brands into our retail customers. You’ll enhance the relationships and drive profitable sales volume in line with the customer, channel and brand strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • You’ll proactively manage, monitor, evaluate and develop the overall business plan to meet all volume, profit and share objectives.
  • You’ll have total accountability for achieving commercial targets with the customer.
  • You’ll need to unlock new commercial opportunities within the customer / channel and implement the total contact strategy.
  • You’ll be leading on achieving channel and brand objectives in-line with the strategy.
  • It’s your role to own on brilliant execution across the team.

 

About You

 

We’re keen to hear from experienced sales professionals who have previous experience in a similar role within a brands led, consumer goods business. You’ll be able to demonstrate your skills in leading on large, national retail accounts.

 

You’ll have a commercial background developing complex customer relationships and leading multi-functional selling teams. In addition to this you’ll need well developed negotiation skills and demonstrable experience in developing and delivering joint business plans.
