We are recruiting a customer-focused, enthusiastic and professional new member for our Business Services team, someone who displays great teamworking skills, integrity and drive and is able to work under pressure whilst effectively maximizing their time during the quieter periods. Dividing your time between our Mail Room and HQ Reception, you will delight our internal and external customers alike with your positive outlook and adaptable nature. In turn, we’ll support your development journey with a robust training plan within our vibrant Business Services unit.

 

About the role

 

You will be joining our team at our UK Headquarters, where your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Delivery of business services operations at Burton Head office and across other Molson Coors Beverage Company business units, including the management of five inboxes.
  • Booking & handling domestic and international shipping requests via relevant websites in line with courier/customs guidelines.
  • Appropriately challenge customer requests, advise, support and promote the most cost-effective methods while not compromising quality and business needs.
  • Delivery of postal services, handling non-addressed mail with discretion, collecting and delivering internal mail.
  • Receive regular internal and external customers calls and connect them to relevant internal departments in line with our call handling guidelines (full training provided).
  • Ensure a Professional, Best in Class, warm welcome is delivered to all customers and visitors when signing them in at Reception.
  • Ordering of consumables/stationery, departmental financial support & completing printing requests.
  • General administration duties.
  • Proactively communicate to the team, ensuring they are briefed to deal with responses to customer needs in a timely manner.

 

About you

 

  • Naturally friendly, professional and polished with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Experienced in multitasking while effectively co-ordinating and communicating to a broad range of customers and colleagues.
  • Able to challenge in the right way and prioritise workload while establishing and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Be a reliable team played committed to maintaining a strong teamworking ethos.
  • This role is  full time (37.5 hours over 5 days).
