We’re looking to recruit a Senior Stock Analyst

Your Purpose

 

You will be responsible for ensuring all systems accurately reflect actual stock on the floor for both product availability accurate reporting.

 

You will lead the continual process of analysing stock movement transactions with an estimate of the scale to be around c 12,000 orders per week from a total network of 15 locations. You will proactively work with the Secondary Logistics Controller, Finance Business Partner and other business improvement teams on opportunities to improve MCBC's stock loss performance.

 

Day to day working with the distribution team and our third-party provider to resolve the root cause of any issues of system stock misalighment.

 

You will be accountable for several stocks affecting transactional data including:

 

  • Stock alignment between MCBC and Tradeteam systems
  • You will have responsibility for two direct reports
  • The reporting and resolution of transactional data issues
  • Resolution management
  • Managing the process and resolution for errored idocs into SAP from Aurora and Opus.

 

About You

 

  • Supply Chain experience with a background and expertise in logistics
  • Ability to anaylse and present large amounts of data
  • Good IT skills and a good understanding on using systems
  • You have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You must have effective written and verbal communications skills.
  • You have a proactive approach to problem solving and getting to root cause.
