We’re looking to recruit a Process Lead

Your Purpose

 

We are on the search to recruit a Process Lead to join our team at Burton Brewery within this you will be working alongside the Line Lead and Maintenance Lead as part of a trio. The Process Lead has shared responsibility for the performance of an area, working in close collaboration with the area shift managers.

 

The Process Lead is expected to develop the operating teams technical understanding and mastery of process control through data collection and loss analysis. Additionally, the Process Lead is the Centreline DMS owner for the system and facilitates Line Loss Analysis through the detailed use of Loss Trees in their area of responsibility as well as process control metrics specifically for brewing.

 

You will own the integrity of data systems in your department and analyses line data to identify and prioritise loss elimination opportunities. You will leads root cause problem solving and trains and coaches’ others in order to build capability in Centreline and Changeover DMS execution and problem-solving skills.

 

About You

 

  • Experience of World Class Supply Chain tools and techniques
  • Understanding and experience of problem-solving tools and methodologies and changeover time reduction (SMED);
  • Coaching experience
  • Good analytical Skills
  • High level of Excel Skills
