We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development professional to join us in our Supply Chain L&D Team as a Learning and Development Partner

Your Purpose

 

The role will see you play a critical part in the Supply Chain LnD team and see you lead the People Development plan across assigned supply chain fucntions.  You will operate as a business partner to senior stakeholders and  will provide L&D expertise, guidance, steering and delivery and be responsible for supporting the development and implimentation of the regional Academy L&D model.

 

  • Responsible for supporting the development and execution of multiple departmental development plans. Acting as a business partner to members of operational leadership teams, the individual will support the full end to end L&D process, incl. strategic needs analysis, design, delivery & evaluation.
  • Subject matter expert and key stakeholder for supply chain leadership teams across multiple sites and departments including coaching others and delivering training to Teams and Leaders. The People Development Specialist will collaborate with local HRBP to build capability at site level and ensure a cohesive HR approach to supporting sites.
  • Responsibility for People Development budget across areas of responsibility ranging from £20k to £150k depending on site.
  • Responsible for supplier management and negotiation of such to ensure appropriate quality and value from our network of training suppliers.
  • Trains and coaches to build capability across a range of development tools, and via external providers where appropriate using a range of training, facilitation and coaching techniques that build capability at all levels. Involves guiding and influencing others as an advisor or coach

 

 We’re ideally looking for the following skills and experience:

 

  • Formal training qualifiaction (CIPD or equivalent)
  • Degree level qualification: Trained Trainer and Facilitator. Experience of Psycometric Tools (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated influencing skills; facilitation skills and ability to coach others.
  • Expert in the full L&D cycle
