Your Purpose

In this role your will be responsible for performance in the brewing area by deploying WCSC 2.0 methodology focusing on Focused Improvement Pillar tools. In addition, individual will provide to breweries a clear direction and support in order to deliver sustainability KPIs and CAPEX projects/initiatives related to brewing performance. The individual will benchmark the breweries on best practices in their field of activities and organize the roll-out in other breweries. The FI  manager will maintain and develop the “Good Operating Practices” file with the WCSC team. The position is expected to be at Level 4 AM capability and act as a coach based on business needs and priorities. The individual will be the regional owner of at least one DMS.To define and validate the Capex project in the field of competencies. On case to case manage the project, support plant in tendering process of project and commissioning

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and standards in the relevant area.

Supporting Brewing Department in achieving Quality&FS requirements and targets.

 

The individual will work closely with the breweries to build the capability of departmental leaders in achieving and understanding the Sustainability targets.

 

The role will require up to 50% of travel in order to support all the breweries in Molson Coors Europe supply chain.

 

Key Responsibilities :

Support the breweries in achieving financial results in the field of Brewing (KPIs, cost management metrics). Deliver training and coaching for using and understanding the GAP Analysis tool. 

Own implementation of FI pillar / tools and deliver coaching to the plants as needed.

Ensure the full achievement of innovation projects in alignment with R&D in Brewing, e.g. new liquid hand-over, new raw material, cross-brewing.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and standard in the relevant area.

Support at request Capex projects till commissioning    

Benchmark the KPIs between breweries, implement the roll-out of identified best practices.

Act as lead in the field of competencies and advise leadership regarding trends, opportunities and propose new policies for validation. Support in achieving our sustainability Glidepath.

Lead the “idea generation stream” for value engineering opportunities in Sustainability for MCE.   Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and standards in the relevant area.

 

 

About you

Ideally, you will have a brewing degree

Strong knowledge in Brewing process and equipment,  strong knowledge of lean manufacturing processes, industrial automation, SAP. Knowledge in brewing process. Knowledge of current practice and legislative framework in relevant areas of technology.

Managerial competencies: strong analytical skills, good communicator skills, team spirit, innovative approach and sense of urgency. Able to take decisions in full autonomy in a lean organization.
