Finance Manager -Balance Sheet & Cashflow

We’re looking to recruit Finance Manager to own our cash flow models and help drive the world of beverages forward.


Your Purpose


You value the finer detail whilst maintaining full sight of the entire business and staying acquainted with the drivers of its cashflow. You take full responsibilities for the financial period end close down for all UK companies which means you hold the key to our free cash flow model and liquidity forecasts.


Using your analytical eye, you review the balance sheet and comfortably managed fixed assets, leases and the reconciliation process


You pride yourself on high accuracy every time and work efficiently to deadlines whilst adhering to group policies and intercompany agreements.


We like to grow and improve at any given opportunity and you're no different when looking at ways to develop forecasting accuracy. You'll be responsible for the monthly cash reporting, forecasting and budgeting across Western Europe. 


At month end and quarter end you'll manage the reporting including SEC reporting to EMEA & APAC consolidation team.


You're not simply a highly technical accountant but an innovator with an eye for building efficiency and suggesting new ways to approach challenges. 


About You


With your solid background in technical accounting, you are an expert when it comes to financial accounting. Perhaps you cut your teeth in practice and now you're looking to move into industry. Or perhaps you're looking to take your techinical expertise from your current FMCG role and build a career in the world of beverages. Either way, we'd love to hear from you.


You navigate Excel with no difficulties as you have sharped your skills over the years and now have excellent Excel modelling abilities. We're really interested in hearing about your experience of complex modelling in a business setting.


You will be part of the central finance team and as such, there are a lot of people you'll be talking to in the business, at various levels of seniority. With your considered communication style, you build relationships and influence at all levels.


You have the accountancy qualification as well as professional experience in a business, now you're looking to join a business that puts their people first and gives you the space to build a career internally.
