We now have an opportunity for a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst


The role is on a hybrid basis, so two days in the office, the other three remote as we feel this allows us to maintain and evolve our brilliant people first culture yet give people the flexibility.


Your Purpose


In the role you will work alongside the FP&A team to transform our current reporting suite and streamline processes, adding value to give the team the time and space to be more focused on value adding and forward-looking activities.


What you will be doing:


  • Work closely with key stakeholders in the Western Europe and EMEA APAC teams to ensure an accurate, robust and timely close to the period end reporting and forecasting cycle

  • Coordinate the Integrated Business Planning (‘IBP’) forecasts across the Western Europe business by liaising with finance partners on the system inputs, consolidation and supporting the FP&A Manager with reporting and analysis for use in key IBP meetings


    Work with key stakeholders to manage the inputs into the AOP and LRP models, consolidation of those inputs and preparation of deliverables for the divisional FP&A team and Regional Leadership Team

    Responsible for completing detailed variance analysis for submission to the divisional FP&A team

    Supporting the FP&A Manager with ad hoc reporting and analysis requests



About You


  • Prior experience working in Finance or working closely with Finance, including a sound understanding of Finance concepts relevant to reporting and forecasting
  • Advanced Excel and modelling skills including the ability to build spreadsheet solutions and models utilising large amounts of data
  • Attention to detail with a desire to own tasks through to completion
  • Numerate and analytical with an ability to think through and resolve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred:  Prior experience of working in or alongside an FP&A team
  • Preferred Prior experience of working with SAP, Power BI and/or Tableau
