We are now looking for a Demand Control Manager to join our Logistics and Supply Chain team.


Your purpose

As a  Demand Control Manager, you will support execution activities to meet the needs of Molson Coors internal and external customer base by providing high levels of product availability, managing product demand and supporting finished good inventory management controls and processes, including the allocation of external customer demand inline with collaborative forecasts. This role covers both On and Off premise channels and a very exciting product portfolio.



You will act as a key conduit between commercial teams, demand teams and supply teams to deliver our goals by managing finished goods inventory levels across the Molson Coors network to meet forecasted demand at site level.  You will be managing relationships with various stakeholders from our business and act as an operational process lead, SAP Subject matter expert for Demand Control tasks, ensuring all continuous improvement initiatives are sustainable from a system and process perspective.

You’ll also be involved with strategic improvement projects and NPD, delivering solutions to support our transformation objectives.


About You

We’re keen to hear from supply chain professionals who have a growth mindsetand, customer centric approach in addition to outstanding stakeholder management skills.  We’re looking for someone who is technically excellent in SAP with well-developed analytical skills. Ideally, you will have significant experience in the high mix and a high-volume demand planning within FMCG or consumer goods

You will be comfortable working independently in fast moving environment when customers and our people are in the heart of everything we do.
