The Field Sales Manager – Honduras is responsible for commercial execution and business development for the Honduras territory of Tegucigalpa/San Pedro de Sula, with accountability for volume, distribution, execution quality, and capability development within the distribution partner organization. Reporting to the Country Manager, the role is responsible for delivering volume targets while identifying and unlocking growth opportunities across the MCBC portfolio through effective planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and market execution.
As the primary commercial interface with the distribution partner's leadership and field organization, the role drives alignment, execution excellence, and sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include identifying under-indexed zones, addressing commercial capability gaps, and developing targeted action plans to improve distribution, portfolio penetration, outlet productivity, and sales performance.
The position requires strong commercial acumen, analytical rigor, and influencing skills to convert market insights into actionable results. Through regular field engagement with ales managers, supervisors, and representatives, strengthening frontline capabilities and embedding best practices in execution, customer development, and portfolio expansion.
Overall, the role owns territory performance, influences commercial priorities, develops partner capabilities, and independently drives sustainable growth of the MCBC portfolio within a strategically important market.

Territory Performance & Growth: Own delivery of volume, distribution, execution, velocity, and inventory targets across Honduras. Accountable for territory KPIs, continuously monitoring performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing corrective actions to deliver AOP commitments and accelerate growth of the MCBC portfolio.

Distribution Partner Leadership & Commercial Influence: Serve as the primary commercial interface with the distribution partner leadership, sales managers, supervisors, and frontline teams. Influence priorities, secure execution commitments, and drive alignment to ensure appropriate focus, resources, and execution standards for the MCBC portfolio across all channels and regions.

Business Planning, Forecasting & Opportunity Development: Lead territory forecasting, inventory planning, and business reviews through data-driven analysis, market intelligence, and customer insights. Identify under-indexed zones, whitespace opportunities, and growth drivers, translating them into actionable plans that improve distribution, portfolio penetration, and commercial performance.

Capability Building & Field Coaching: Lead capability development initiatives across the distribution partner organization by identifying commercial capability gaps and delivering structured training, coaching, and field-based development. Strengthen frontline execution, portfolio selling, customer development, and sales leadership capabilities through regular market engagement and a coach-the-coach approach.

Market Development & Execution Excellence: Maintain a strong field presence to evaluate execution standards, consumer trends, channel dynamics, and competitive activity. Develop and implement localized growth plans that improve availability, visibility, outlet productivity, and portfolio performance.
- The incumbent is expected to spend approximately 60% of working time in market, coaching partner sales teams, evaluating execution quality, identifying growth opportunities, and building commercial capabilities across the distribution partner organization.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- You have at least 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Field sales experience with major FMCG brands in the Honduras market, including experience managing distributor and retail account relationships.
- Comfort working with data and reporting tools (Excel, Nielsen data) to drive local action plans.
- Highly developed interpersonal and influencing capabilities with strong, proven negotiation skills.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, business building approach.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: L703,300.00 - L923,100.00 (posting salary range) + 20% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
